These services include enforcement of covenants in court, drafting document amendments, interpreting recorded documents and attending board meetings to give advice on contracts, insurance and construction defects. The firm represents over 250 condominium & homeowner associations.

Michael A. Inman

Michael A. Inman is a principal in the firm. He has been in practice since 1973. Mr. Inman was named a Virginia Super Lawyer in 2006. For a number of years he co-authored a column on community association issues which appeared in the Virginian-Pilot and has co-authored a chapter of a book on the same topic soon to be published by the Virginia State Bar. Jeanne S. Lauer

Jeanne S. Lauer is a principal in the firm. Jeanne has been in practice since 1990 including a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Thomas S. Kenny. Ms. Lauer participates in the community through her membership in the Kings Grant Civic League and Concerned Citizens for Special People, a nonprofit organization providing assistance and information to the families and friends of people with disabilities. Gregory J. Montero

Gregory J. Montero is a principal in the law firm of Inman & Strickler, P.L.C. Before joining Inman & Strickler in 2004, Greg was the managing partner of Arness & Montero, P.C., where he and his partner earned the distinction of 2004's "Best Law Firm" in Chesapeake.
