These services include enforcement of covenants in court, drafting document amendments, interpreting recorded documents and attending board meetings to give advice on contracts, insurance and construction defects. The firm represents over 250 condominium & homeowner associations.

Michael A. Inman

Michael A. Inman is a principal in the firm. He has been in practice since 1973. Mr. Inman was named a Virginia Super Lawyer in 2006 and has been admitted to the College of Community Association Lawyers. For a number of years he co-authored a column on community association issues which appeared in the Virginian-Pilot and has co-authored a chapter on associations published by the Virginia State Bar for continued legal education. Jeanne S. Lauer

Jeanne S. Lauer is a principal in the firm. Jeanne has been in practice since 1990 including a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Thomas S. Kenny. Ms. Lauer participates in the community through her membership in the Kings Grant Civic League and Concerned Citizens for Special People, a nonprofit organization providing assistance and information to the families and friends of people with disabilities. Gregory J. Montero

Gregory J. Montero is a partner at Inman & Strickler and a native of Chesapeake and lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area. Mr. Montero has served on the boards of Catholic Charities, the Filipino-American Student Association at ODU, and the Tidewater Alumni Association of the University of Virginia. He currently serves as a Director on the Advisory Board of the Virginia Beach branch of BB&T. In 2003 Mr. Montero was named by Inside Business as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" business people in the Hampton Roads area. He was also named one of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 "Virginia Rising Stars" by Super Lawyers magazine.

Lindsey A. Flaherty

Lindsey A. Flaherty is an associate at lnman & Strickler. Ms. Flaherty has been in practice since 2008 including a judicial clerkship with the Norfolk Circuit Court. She also interned for the Honorable Justice Cynthia Kinser of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Ms. Flaherty grew up in Roanoke, Virginia but has been a longtime resident of Norfolk, Virginia. Lastly, Ms. Flaherty participates in the community through her membership on the Downtown Circle of the Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters.
