Michael A. Inman

Michael A. Inman is a principal in the firm. He has been in practice since 1973. Mr. Inman was named a Virginia Super Lawyer in 2006 and has been admitted to the College of Community Association Lawyers. For a number of years he co-authored a column on community association issues which appeared in the Virginian-Pilot and has co-authored a chapter on associations published by the Virginia State Bar for continued legal education. Gregory J. Montero

Gregory J. Montero is a partner at Inman & Strickler and a native of Chesapeake and lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area. Mr. Montero has served on the boards of Catholic Charities, the Filipino-American Student Association at ODU, and the Tidewater Alumni Association of the University of Virginia. He currently serves as a Director on the Advisory Board of the Virginia Beach branch of BB&T. In 2003 Mr. Montero was named by Inside Business as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” business people in the Hampton Roads area. He was also named one of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 “Virginia Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Robert V. Timms, Jr.

Robert V. Timms, Jr. is a partner at Inman & Strickler. Born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mr. Timms was named a “Virginia Legal Elite” in 2008 and 2016 (business law) and in 2009, 2015 and 2019 (taxes/estate/trusts/elder law). He was also named a Virginia “Super Lawyer” (taxation/trusts and estates/probate) in 2010 through 2020.

Mr. Timms formerly served on the Executive Committee of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association (President 2016-2017) and on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Beach Forum. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association Foundation (President 2011), on the Board of Directors of the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center. Matthew J. Weinberg

Matt is a principal in the firm. He has been practicing law since obtaining his law degree. Matt has been primarily a trial lawyer since the beginning of his career. He has handled litigation at all levels from lower courts to the Supreme Court of Virginia. Matt took an interest in community association law a few years ago and has been engaged in various court cases as well as giving advice to association boards. He is currently performing pro bono work for resentencing of juveniles. Matt also serves as Vice President of his civic league. Matt enjoys spending outdoor time on, near or in the water with his wife and children.
